Return an unwanted or incorrectly chosen cartridge

For our voluntary offer, contact us within 90 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of our instructions. It normally covers unused, unopened cartridges in undamaged, saleable packaging.

Voluntary returns have a 20% restocking fee on the discounted item price, excluding separately charged tax. You pay return shipping; original delivery is not refunded. If retained items fall below the free-delivery threshold, one standard outbound-delivery charge may also be deducted. See the full policy for the amounts and limits.

Federal and provincial consumer protections take priority. Québec legal warranties include normal use and reasonable durability, taking account of the price, contract and use. Voluntary fees do not apply to a remedy required by law.
