Rural delivery & service areas

Rural deliveries have an additional surcharge based on distance, including orders of $69 and over. Some areas may not be served. Contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability and get a shipping quote for your address.

Order processing time

Most orders are dispatched the same day if received before 2 pm. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

International delivery

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Dispatch confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Returns policy

Our full Return & Refund Policy explains all options and procedures for returning your order. Our voluntary 90-day return offer covers unused, unopened items, subject to the fees and exceptions in that policy. Our additional cartridge warranty lasts 3 years; statutory rights remain unaffected.
