Place your order by 6pm for next-day delivery outside remote areas. This applies to all orders, whether you pay for delivery or qualify for free delivery.

Remote areas

Next-day delivery does not apply to remote areas. Deliveries to remote rural, Highland or island locations may take longer. Please contact us to check delivery times for your address.

International delivery

We currently dispatch within the UK. For Ireland deliveries, please visit our dedicated site: InkHero.ie.

Dispatch confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Returns policy

Our full Return & Refund Policy explains all options and procedures for returning your order. Our voluntary 90-day return offer covers unused, unopened items, subject to the fees and exceptions in that policy. Our additional cartridge warranty lasts 3 years; statutory rights remain unaffected.
