Order processing time

Most orders ship the same day if received before 5 pm EST. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

Remote areas

While delivery times are generally uniform across the U.S., orders to remote or island areas may occasionally take a little longer.

International delivery

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Returns policy

Our full Return & Refund Policy explains all options and procedures for returning your order. Our voluntary 90-day return offer covers unused, unopened items, subject to the fees and exceptions in that policy. Our additional cartridge warranty lasts 3 years; statutory rights remain unaffected.
