Arrange the return

Open the order in My orders and select Request a return when available. Choose the item, quantity and reason, then review and submit the request.
If the item is not listed as eligible, or you need help, contact us with the order number or other proof of purchase, printer model and reason for returning it.
Follow the instructions we provide, including the correct return address. Pack cartridges securely against leaks and keep proof of posting.

Any fees for a voluntary return are explained before you send it. A return label is deducted only at a quoted cost you accept.
