Recognise the replaced colour without resetting the other cartridges.

- Clear an error overlay with Cancel (X), then open Fax briefly to see where the star (*) key lights on the touchpanel. Return Home without dialling.
- Open the front cover. Hold the same, now unlit, star-key position for about five seconds.
- Select only the replaced color and the correct capacity: HC for the high-yield replacement listed here. Press OK, then OK again to confirm.
- Wait for the confirmation and close the front cover.
