Brother HL-L3210CW/L3230CDW: replace a colour drum
Replace the indicated colour drum and clear its counter using the LCD buttons.

Use the button-panel procedure for HL-L3210CW or HL-L3230CDW. There is a separate drum for each color; confirm only the drum you have actually replaced.
Replace the indicated color drum
- Keep the printer on. Lift the top cover until it stays open and let hot internal parts cool before handling the assembly.
- Remove the toner and drum assembly for the color you are replacing. Rest it on disposable paper.
- Release the toner with the green lever. Unwrap the new drum, remove its protective cover and lock the same toner into it.
- Slide the green cleaning tabs back and forth, then return every tab to its home arrow. Refit each assembly in the matching color-labeled slot and close the top cover.
Reset the color LCD counter
- With the printer on and its cover closed, press OK and the Up arrow together.
- Choose Drum with OK.
- Select the color of the new drum and press OK. Choose Reset.
- Repeat the confirmation only for any other color drum you also replaced.
