Check colour and shipping seals before diagnosing a new-cartridge fault.
1 min readFit the correct colour
- Switch the printer off and open the toner access cover. Place disposable paper below the removed cartridge.
- Release and withdraw the indicated cartridge slowly. Unpack the same colour’s replacement and follow the labelled sealing-tape removal instructions.
- Gently distribute the toner as the replacement sheet shows, align it with its colour holder and seat it firmly. Close the access cover.
- Switch on and print the model’s built-in report. If a colour is missing or an error remains, send us the message and cartridge label.
