My toner looks different or my model is missing from the box

Check before installation

1. 1Compare the printer’s full model number, the ordered product page and the cartridge part code. Box space can limit the printed model list; that alone does not prove incompatibility.
2. 2Check whether you removed a complete toner-and-drum assembly. A toner-only replacement can be smaller because the drum carrier is reused.
3. 3Follow the included guide to remove only labelled shipping tape, caps or spacers. Do not pull off chips, contacts or working gears.
4. 4If the part code is wrong, the cartridge will not latch or the shape still conflicts with the guide, stop. Send us the label, model and a photo of both assemblies.
