When will my refund arrive?

We normally process voluntary refunds within five business days after receiving and assessing the return. Statutory deadlines and rules that allow proof of return to be used take priority.

Refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Store credit is optional. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

If you need an update, send us the order number, return tracking or proof of posting, and any refund confirmation you received. We can check the status without you sending full payment details.

For a full statutory cancellation, the UK policy states a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we offered to collect the goods, the deadline is 14 days after your cancellation notice. The refund includes basic outbound delivery.
