We need to check the order’s status before confirming a change or cancellation. If it has already been dispatched, we will explain the available next steps.

For an online consumer purchase, the UK cancellation right normally lets you notify us within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within another 14 days. This is separate from our voluntary return offer; read the policy for the full rules.
