OKI C332: seat toner and lock the blue lever
A separate toner-and-drum fit check with regional cartridge numbers.
1 min readWait for Toner Empty before routine replacement; Toner Low means prepare a spare. Keep the drum assembly in place unless its own replacement is required.
Fit the replacement
- Open the output tray fully. Avoid the hot fuser and identify the cartridge by colour.
- Turn the old cartridge’s blue lever toward you to unlock. Lift its right end, then draw it right to release the left end.
- Unpack the new toner, gently distribute its contents and remove the labelled tape. Match the left locating feature to the drum, then lower the right end.
- Turn the blue lever fully to lock and close the output tray. If it will not turn, do not force it: check seating and the part label.
