Consumer prices
VAT included for consumers
Consumer prices include VAT. We apply Dutch VAT where legally permitted, or the delivery country’s VAT, reported through OSS where applicable. OSS is a reporting system, not a separate tax rate.
Business purchases
Qualifying cross-border EU business orders can be invoiced at 0% VAT. Before ordering, supply a valid EU VAT number and your business billing and delivery details. We must confirm the VAT registration, shipment between EU countries and all other legal conditions. The buyer accounts for acquisition VAT where required. A business name alone does not qualify.
