Payment methods depend on your country, device, order and provider eligibility. The options shown at checkout are the ones available for that order.

If payment does not complete

Check the billing details and any security check requested by your bank or payment provider.
Look for an order confirmation and check My orders before retrying.
If you see a charge but cannot find a confirmed order, contact us with the date, amount, checkout email and any order reference.

If you need invoice payment for a business, school or organisation, contact us before ordering. Approval and the agreed payment deadline apply.
