Replace Ricoh SP330DN/SP330SFN toner
Read the correct toner message and seat the new cartridge until it clicks.
1 min readSP330SFN shows “Out of Toner: Black” when replacement is needed. SP330DN shows “Replacement Required: Print Cartridge”. A “Soon” message means have a replacement ready.
Fit the replacement
- Remove paper from the bypass tray and close it. Press the side button and lower the front cover.
- Hold the center of the used cartridge, lift it slightly and pull it out horizontally. Put it on paper; do not shake the used cartridge.
- Unpack the new cartridge and rock it side to side five or six times.
- Slide it in horizontally. At the end, raise it slightly, push it fully in and press down until it clicks.
- Close the front cover and wait for the initial screen or ready state.
