1 min readThe HL-2270DW has status lights and a Go button. This supplier-documented replacement-toner reset is for that panel, not an LCD or touchscreen printer.
Reset after fitting the new toner
- Leave the toner assembly installed, open the front cover and turn the printer off.
- Hold Go while switching the printer on. Release Go when the panel lights are all on.
- Press Go twice, then pause until the panel lights come on again.
- Press Go five times. The toner light should go out; the paper/error indication may flash while the cover remains open.
- Close the front cover and wait for the Ready light. Print a test page.
