Brother MFC-J480DW: check and clean missing colors

Print the four-color check sheet and let its results choose which cleaning is needed.

Run the built-in quality check

Load plain paper. Press Settings.
Use the arrows to choose Ink/Maintenance, then press OK.
Choose Impr. PrintQuality → Impr. PrintQuality, confirming with OK.
Press color Start to print the four-color check sheet.
If every line is present, answer No to finish. If lines are missing, answer Yes, then choose the pattern 1–4 closest to each color’s result.
When the screen offers cleaning, press OK. Afterwards choose Yes to recheck, then press color Start.
If the next sheet is complete, finish the check and press Stop/Exit. If it still has gaps, stop and send us both sheets.
