Low Price Guarantee
Found a lower price? Let us know. We’ll match a qualifying offer on comparable cartridges.
The conditions
- Compare the same cartridge type, printer compatibility, colour, yield, pack quantity and chip specification. Products must be new, complete, sealed and available for immediate delivery.
- The seller must be an established retailer in the country of this storefront. Compare one pack, including applicable taxes, delivery and mandatory charges. We must be able to verify the offer online.
- Amazon, eBay and all other marketplaces are excluded, as are auctions, wholesale or reseller offers, clearance or liquidation stock, used, damaged or repackaged goods, and overseas sellers. Manufacturer-wide price reductions do not qualify.
How to claim
Contact us before buying or within 3 working days of your invoice date. Send the Ink Hero product link, the competing offer and product-rating links, your name and email, and your order number if you have already purchased.
Once verified, we match the approved price before purchase and cover standard delivery. After purchase, an approved price difference is credited to your Ink Hero account for a future order. We’ll explain if an offer does not meet these conditions.
