Find the right cartridge for your printer
Start with the exact printer model, then check the cartridge number and your printer’s region.
1 min readThe printer model is the best starting point. Similar-looking printers can use different supplies, and the same cartridge family can have different numbers around the world.
Check before ordering
- Read the full model from the printer’s label or settings. Keep letters and suffixes such as DW, CDW and Pro.
- Search that model at Ink Hero, or browse printer brands. Open the model page and check the product’s compatibility list.
- Compare the cartridge number on the old supply. Keep prefixes such as PGI, CLI, TN and DR: they identify different parts.
- Use the storefront for the country where your printer was originally supplied. If the printer was imported, ask us to check before ordering.
