Canon MAXIFY MB2750: error B504
Restart the printer once. If B504 remains, Canon’s next step is service rather than a cartridge-counter reset.
1 min readFor the MAXIFY MB2750, Canon identifies B504 as a printer error. It is not an instruction to reset the toner, drum or remaining-ink counter.
Canon’s B504 procedure
- Turn the printer off and unplug it.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
- If B504 is still displayed, contact Canon’s service centre for repair.
If the cartridge holder is locked, do not pull it across, pry out the tanks or force a refill. Send Ink Hero the error photo, model and order number if the error started just after fitting our ink.
