This guide covers HP M351/M451 button panels and M375/M475/M476 touchscreens. If toner specks or smears continue after changing paper and matching its driver setting, use the printer’s cleaning page.
M351 or M451: button panel
- Press OK, then choose Service → Cleaning Page.
- Load plain A4 or Letter paper in Tray 1 when prompted and press OK to start.
M375, M475 or M476: touchscreen
- From Home, touch Setup → Service → Cleaning Page.
- Follow the plain-paper prompt and touch OK to start.
