1 min readOn the listed business colour models, Waste Toner Full refers to the collector under the belt, not to an empty colour cartridge. Order the collector specified by your exact printer’s manufacturer supply list.
Replace the collector safely
- Use the linked model replacement sheet. The drum assembly and belt have to come out first; hold their handles and protect their surfaces from fingerprints.
- Keep the waste box level as you lift it by its blue handle. Fit a new box and reinstall the belt and drum as illustrated.
- On the first replacement only, the manual shows two orange shipping pieces to remove. Do not remove unrelated parts.
