- Open the order in My orders and select Request a return when available. Choose the item, quantity and reason, then review and submit the request.
- If the item is not listed as eligible, or you need help, contact us with the order number or other proof of purchase, printer model and reason for returning it.
- Follow the instructions we provide, including the correct return address. Pack cartridges securely against leaks and keep proof of posting.
