Return an unwanted or incorrectly chosen cartridge

For our voluntary offer, contact us within 90 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of our instructions. It normally covers unused, unopened cartridges in undamaged, saleable packaging.

Voluntary returns have a 20% restocking fee on the discounted item price, excluding separately charged tax. You pay return postage; original delivery is not refunded. If retained items fall below the free-delivery threshold, one standard outbound-delivery charge may also be deducted. See the full policy for the amounts and limits.

Australia has no general statutory change-of-mind right. Our voluntary offer covers eligible unwanted items; Australian Consumer Law remedies remain available for faults and other covered failures.
