Order processing time
Most orders are dispatched the same day if received before 5 pm. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.
Delivery rates & estimates
Delivery is $0.00 for orders of $49 and over, and $6.49 for smaller orders.
Remote areas
Additional charges may apply for remote locations such as Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details. You will be given a custom quote regarding the extra charge.
International delivery
We currently deliver within Australia and New Zealand.
Dispatch confirmation & tracking
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.
Damages
Ink Hero isn’t liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to lodge a claim. Keep all packaging and the damaged goods until the case is resolved.
