Use this guide for the HL-L2350DW. Its closed-cover reset differs from the older HL-L2340DW procedure.
Replace the drum carrier
- 1With the printer on, open the front cover and remove the combined toner and drum assembly.
- 2Press the green lock lever to release the toner. Unwrap the new drum and remove the protection supplied with it.
- 3Lock the toner into the new drum, refit the assembly and close the front cover.
Reset the HL-L2350DW drum counter
- 1Keep the printer on with the front cover closed.
- 2Press OK and the Up arrow together.
- 3Press OK for Drum, then press the Down arrow to reset its counter.
