Fit the local cartridge

Switch the printer off and open the toner access cover. Carefully remove the indicated colour’s cartridge.
Unpack the correct CT replacement, gently shake it five or six times and remove its labelled tape.
Match the colour to the holder and press near the centre of the label until the cartridge clicks.
Close the cover, switch on and recheck the message. Contact us if the cartridge will not click or the error remains.
